If the feathers are bright red and black, it's an Oriole. If you go to Yahoo.com and type surrounded by Bird types, about 3 down on the register is list of bird types. Click on that and it will hold you to Yahoo Search. About the 6th item down says Alphabetical Index of Birds - click on that and it'll bring you to Ask.com. There you can find the birds that start with O and see the pictures of them to see if it's what you are wondering more or less.
