Answers: emerald swifts i donot reccomend as pets. they are small but not well kept and have a short lifespan within cptivity liveing up to 4 or 5 years if ur lucky. i suggest leos as they are very hardy litte lizards and net excellentpets. plus normal mutations cost around 30$ but u can find them for as low as 20. a simple 10 gallon reservoir will suffice for one leo. u will also need:

Emerald swifts require pretty much impossible to tell apart costs that the most expensive (in pet store) reptiles do.

The most expensive part one lighting, they do require UVA UVB lighting.

It's just not something you can skimp on, despite the cheaper cost of the actual animal. To not do it is to sentance the animal to a long tortured demise (Such is the fate for plentiful a $4 green anole)

If you like lizards, but don't enjoy a big budget, leopard gecko is great, cause it's totally nocturnal. Other nocturnal animals a moral option raison d`¨ētre lighting is often the largest cost.

However, swifts can be great, and fun to see... but... just figure out the cost for their habitat is pretty much the same as, say-so, a juvy bearded dragon.
